1. 收集哪些个人资料 · What Personal Data We Collect

本网站仅收集以下有限数据：

• 联系数据：您通过 hi@bandgap.hk 发送邮件时提供的姓名、邮箱、机构、职位等信息。
  Contact Data: name / email / organization / role you provide when emailing hi@bandgap.hk.
• 访问日志：由托管服务商（Cloudflare）自动记录的 IP、User Agent、访问时间、访问页面（用于安全与流量分析）。
  Access Logs: IP, User Agent, timestamp, page visited — automatically recorded by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security & analytics.
• 下载记录：您从"资料下载中心"下载 PDF/DOCX/MP4/ZIP 时的记录（若启用 Analytics）。
  Download logs: records when you download PDF/DOCX/MP4/ZIP from our Downloads Center (if Analytics enabled).

本网站不使用：Google Analytics、Facebook Pixel、任何第三方广告 SDK、任何第三方 tracking cookie、任何第三方字体 CDN（如 Google Fonts）。全站字体使用您本机系统字体。
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, any third-party ad SDK, any third-party tracking cookies, or any third-party font CDN (e.g. Google Fonts). All fonts render from your local system.

2. 使用目的 · Purpose of Use

我们仅将您的资料用于：
We use your data only for:

• 回复您的邮件咨询、下载申请、合作意向、NDA 材料索取
  Responding to your email inquiries, download requests, partnership intent, NDA material requests.
• 合规义务：香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》(PDPO) 及适用的其他隐私法规
  Compliance obligations under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and other applicable privacy laws.
• 网站安全与反滥用
  Website security and abuse prevention.

3. 数据保留期限 · Data Retention

邮件对话与相关附件：3 年，之后自动删除。
访问日志：90 天，仅用于故障排查。
Email correspondence & attachments: 3 years, then automatically deleted. Access logs: 90 days, for troubleshooting only.

4. 数据分享 · Data Sharing

我们不向任何第三方出售、出租或分享您的个人资料，除非：
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except:

• 获得您明确书面同意 / with your explicit written consent
• 法律强制要求（法院命令、监管调查等）/ compelled by law (court order, regulatory investigation, etc.)
• 我们委托的处理方（如托管服务商 Cloudflare、邮件服务商）· 均签署数据处理协议 / our data processors (e.g. Cloudflare hosting, email service) · all under signed DPAs

根据香港 PDPO 及 GDPR（若您来自欧盟）· 您有权：
Under Hong Kong PDPO and GDPR (if you are in the EU), you have the right to:

• 查阅我们持有您的资料 / access data we hold about you
• 更正错误 / correct inaccuracies
• 删除资料（撤回同意）/ delete data (withdraw consent)
• 数据可携带 / data portability
• 投诉至监管机构 / file a complaint with the regulator
